Judi Lampert

Flute & Piccolo

Originally from Illinois, Judi Lampert played with the Illinois Symphony for 20 years. She has performed at Orchestra Hall in Chicago, Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall in New York, and at National Flute Conventions in Washington DC, Atlanta, and New Orleans. She holds a BA in music and psychology from Bradley University and an MM in performance from Illinois State University. Judi moved to Vero Beach from Asheville, NC where she was the Assistant Professor of flute at the University of North Carolina, a founding member of the Apollo Winds woodwind quintet, principal flutist with the Blue Ridge Orchestra, and a regular performer at the Biltmore Estate. She performs internationally with the International Flute Orchestra and the Metropolitan Flute Orchestra. Judi has taught privately since 1970: beginners through adults... and thoroughly enjoys sharing her love of music.
