Annora Michal Daige grew up in Vero Beach. After graduating from Vero Beach High School, she attended the University of Central Florida where she earned her Bachelors in Music with a specialization in Trumpet Performance. During her years in Orlando, Annora played in a variety of ensembles and was part of the Disney Collegiate band. She also performed an overseas tour with the UCF Wind Ensemble, as a soloist in various churches for special performances. Continuing her studies at the University of South Florida, she earned her Masters in Trumpet Performance. While attending USF, Annora served as the Graduate Assistant for the Herd of Thunder Marching Band, as well as performing with various ensembles in chamber and solo works throughout the Tampa Bay area. Upon receiving her Masters, Annora became an Elementary Music Specialist for Hillsborough County Schools and also taught privately before relocating to Broward county to continue her career as an educator. In 2014, Annora left the classroom to focus full time on professional performance. Annora currently works with brass students at Vero Beach High School, Oslo Middle School, and Gifford Middle School. She is a member of the Space Coast Symphony Orchestra, Vero Beach Chamber Orchestra, Treasure Coast Wind Ensemble, and Marcato Brass (which she founded), and has been a guest soloist at various venues throughout the State of Florida.
