Alesya (Bordun) Walters is a concert pianist, originally from Ukraine. Alesya had a natural interest in playing music and singing since early childhood. Her first official performance occurred when she was four years old and from that moment, she figured out her real passion for music. Alesya spent 17 years on her education, 8 years at Music Academy for kids, 4 years at Industrial and Civil Construction Tech College, and 5 years at Melitopol University (music arts education). After graduating she worked as a concert pianist at the Melitopol College of Culture, Music and Art, where she played for ballet classes, opera vocalists and choirs. In 2008, she married and moved to Florida. In 2012, she started working as a pianist and accompanist in Ft. Pierce. After relocating to Vero Beach, Alesya became musically active at the Community Church of Vero Beach, the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Vero Beach and most recently, Temple Beth Shalom.
